Country Christmas! Events kicked off with the ballet performance Wednesday evening, then the Community Concert last evening, and be sure to take in the parade this evening starting at 7pm. Things start rolling this afternoon at 2pm at the Civic Centre… then there are many of choices for things to do after the parade: Santa’s Village at the Culture Club; Community Band at the Civic Centre; hot beverages & bake sale at the Baillie House; and Midnight Madness at participating businesses downtown. Saturday events continue, as well as a Q101 fundraiser at Spirit Square at 11am. Sunday there’s breakfast with Santa at the Civic Centre, $5 in advance or $7 at the door.
