Custom boards, cool design @ 378. Jay Loeppky, of 378 Board Shop on Quilchena Ave., showed me this year’s custom skateboards. He’s been designing boards for his shop for the past 9 years. He’s worked for several years with the Quebec board manufacturers, and together they’ve developed a colourful, cool, state-of-the-art product.
