Biosolids caravan arrives in Victoria. Yesterday, the Nicola Chiefs’ caravan arrived on Vancouver Island. Today supporters & protestors/protectors will arrive at the steps of the Legislature in Victoria, where the five Nicola Chiefs hope to present their Moratorium to a representative of Premier Christy Clark at a rally at 12 noon.
