TNRD Board passes biosolids bylaw. I am very happy to report that… the TNRD Board supported and passed (23 of 27 in favour) the Biosolids Bylaw that… will stop the commercial and industrialization of farm land for the express purpose of laundering multiple thousands of tons of biosolids through intensive composting.
