City Spooktacular The City’s ever-popular annual Halloween event will be held this evening, Friday, October 23, 5pm-8pm, at the old CMS building, 2975 Clapperton Ave. The event has outgrown the Civic Centre, but with more room at the new location, organizers have outdone themselves! This is not to be missed!
