The Nicola Basin appears to have received far less rain during Saturday’s storm than what was forecasted. GREAT that we’ve been LUCKY again; but, its inevitable that Merritt’s LUCK will run out (per ’17 and ’18) and we’ll be flooded again; as City council has taken no action to investigate the ;possible CONTROL of he Nicola River—None!
