Seniors’ apartment project now underway. Construction is now underway on a new affordable 44-unit seniors apartment building — the project was first announced in 2019, funded by the BC Govt.  The new Cedar Terrace apartment will be located at 2230 Quilchena Ave., next to Juniper House, and will provide studio, 1-bedroom and accessible apartments in a 4-storey building.
