Diacarbon Energy’s air emissions Diacarbon Energy Inc will be submitting an application for authorization of the discharge of air emissions from their new wood pellet and torrefaction facility, at 2490 Priest Ave. They will discharge emissions 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which will include carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, volatile organic compounds & sulphur oxides from their thermal oil heater, syngas burner and dryer.
