Flood recovery update. Lots of updates on last evening’s public info meeting from the City & recovery partners: • Starting today, the City has hired 24/7 security for zone 4 areas, to help curb the looting & B&E problem. • Removal of the Middlesboro bridge will begin today, with the contractors in place and mobilizing to begin to remove the collapsed span, and the rest of the bridge. The work is expected to last 2-3 weeks….
